ORGANIC CLEANERS | DEGREASERS Sani Foam | Chlorinated Alkaline Cleaner & Sanitizer

Sani Foam is a unique chlorinated liquid alkaline product

which forms a foam when diluted in water and using a foamer. The foam permits the

solution to adhere strongly to all surfaces to which it is applied, the foam solution clings to

vertical surfaces for an almost unlimited period of time.

This product was specially created to remove stubborn organic deposits on equipment,

poultry barns, hatcheries and egg processing plants.

Bioxy + | Neutral Peroxyacetic Disinfectant

BIOXY + is a powdered product that generates peracetic acid in water. This unique

product offers many advantages over conventional quaternary ammonium and chlorine.

There is no cell resistance build-up or foaming tendencies as associated with Quats, is not

as sensitive to organic or hard water conditions.

II. DISINFECTION

A wide spectrum disinfectant such as: (1) Gram-positive and gram-negative, (2)

Sanitizing food and non-food contact open surfaces

Apply the solution on pre-cleaned surfaces. No need to

rinse. As for the Disinfecting open surfaces dilute Ato

Quat at 1% (10 ml/L). Apply the solution on the surface

manually, via a sprayer or a foamer. Leave the solution

for 10 minutes contact time. Rinse with abundant

potable water, especially on food contact surfaces.

Air fumigation for closed area

Dilute Ato Quat starting from 0.2% (2 ml/L). Apply the solution via

foager machine; every cubic meter needs one minute of

fumigation.

Footwear disinfection

Dilute Ato Quat starting from 1% (10 ml/L). Leave footwear in

contact with the solution for 30 seconds.

Vehicles disinfection

Dilute Ato Quat starting from 1% (10 ml/L).

Apply the prepared solution via foaming

gun to the inside and outside of the

vehicles and on vehicle tires and wheels.

Alternatively, tires and wheels may pass

through a disinfectant bath.
