The main difference between the attached records and records from previous dates, is that

the Event ofNovember 5, 2012, is now registered as petition filed. Initially, the

office of the Clerk of the Court refused to register the filing of any process, and later itregistered appeal filed. After the Chief Clerk of the Court refused to correct the false

registration of process, Petitioner Zernik gave notice to the Chief Clerk that Zernik no

longer deemed the Court file 7650/12, worthy of any further filing.

Consequently the case was dismissed for lack of action.Now, the false registration appears corrected. On the one hand, it may be seen as

responsive action by the Supreme Court. On the other hand, the case documents how the

docket of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel can be altered after the fact, with nonotice to the parties, and with no way for the public to discern that the docket was altered,

when, by whom, and by what authority.
