May 14 – Last day for EPCC Finals
May 18 – stole & honor cords distribution, senior book drop off (back parking lot), 4:30 – 6:30 pm
May 19 – TEC Stoling Ceremony (virtual), 5:30 pm
May 22 – EPCC Commencement for May Grads (virtual), 6:00 pm
May 25 – TEC Recognition ceremony for EPCC May Grads (virtual), 5:30 pm
June 1 – 2 Senior Clearance
June 13 – AHS Graduation @ SAC, 8:00 am (arrive at 6:30 am)
I’VE BEEN ACCEPTED TO A UNIVERSITY, NOW WHAT?
Register for orientation as soon as possible- reference the email address that you used to apply
If you haven’t heard back from a university about your admissions decision – call the office of admissions
Review and accept your Financial Aid award letter -You can access this through your student portal
If you haven’t already –email us ALL of your financial aid and scholarship award letters
If you are pursuing higher education outside of El Paso- don’t forget to apply for housing
EPCC TRANSCRIPTS TO BE SENT OUT
All universities will require an official transcript from EPCC.
You must go online and order as they are not taking in-person request.

The form is fillable.
You can save and then email it to the email address provided on the form.
TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS
Senate Bill 25 “The bill requires universities to develop recommended course sequences for all of
their majors, laying out which classes students should take and giving them a timeline for completing them. It also requires universities to report any non-transferrable credits to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board”
To verify transferability, it’s recommended searching for a transfer equivalency tool. Most schools have this tool where you can input courses taken to see if they transfer. Simply search “UT Austin transfer equivalency tool”
Verifying transferability of credits out of state is a bit tricky. You may need to redo some of the core curriculum. Search for the equivalency tool and speak to an admissions counselor for that campus.

1. LOC – Email Ms. Avila, Assistant Principal ([email protected]) or Ms. Garcia ([email protected]).
2. After the 5th absence you will lose credit.
3. Tutoring – with teacher before or after school and on Study Island
4. Credit Averaging – Semester or 9wks grade must average out to a 70.
