I have a focus on helping clients through transitions such as break-ups/divorces, new parenting and other life changes. I really enjoy collaborating with clients to help them get to where they want to be in life. You don't have to go through difficult times alone!

I work with adults and adolescents and am trained in cognitive-behavioral and mind/body therapies to help address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma and life changes. I really enjoy helping clients look at patterns in their relationships - to themselves and others - to address limiting beliefs that keep them from moving forward.

My specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Pregnancy. I’m also trained in the use of hot stones. In 2013, I became certified in Prenatal Massage, and Infant Massage in 2016. Both of these specialties were completed through the Institute of Somatic Therapy.

I share office space with counselors, so I’d also like to let their clients know that there are many studies that prove that massage therapy compliments mental health treatments. Through the power of touch, massage has evolved into an additional treatment option for mental health conditions.
