PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES These are the current projects needing capital that we have been working on for the past year. I have attempted to provide you with an executive summary of each of the options in order to give you an idea of the substantial opportunities involved and the benefits related thereto.

1. Salton Sea – As you know, this is an extremely large and complicated engineering project that has a significant environmental impact not only on the area around the Salton Sea but the California area in total as well. At the present time, a conceptual approach to ways in which this project can be done has been prepared by Kjell Eriksson, but in order to move forward the engineering concepts need to be tested and project feasibility needs to be done. This project not only maintains the environmental strength of the Salton Sea but provides for the provision of water and power to benefit all of Southern California and a larger regional area. In order to proceed with this project, at risk engineering feasibility work needs to be committed in order to move forward. Should a company or group of firms be willing to put in the 10-20% of total project costs up front as risk funding, there is no reason that this effort could not go forward at the present time. Clearly Kjell Eriksson is available to help with this effort as are you and I and Bob Kiley to handle all aspects of Salton Sea revitalization feasibility and engineering confirmation. Should an investor group have an interest in this effort, we would be more than happy to sit down and talk with them and execute agreements designed to make the revitalization of the Salton Sea with the attendant power and water generation as well as economic development a reality. $100 million

2. Coachella Valley affordable housing – A unique affordable housing

design has been developed and patented by Kjell Eriksson and the American Research and Development Institute. Specific plans for plant location in the Coachella Valley have been determined and preliminary costing for housing units has been developed. Clearly there is a significant need for housing in not only this, but the Southern California area, all of which can lead to major advances in construction technology, financing, product manufacturers involvement, and hydrogen and related power utilization. Plans are in place for building at least 992 homes in the Coachella Valley area which is close to the Salton Sea. Plans for both the housing and Salton Sea revitalization have significant major economic benefits and can result in major work for construction companies, engineers, and developers. $50 million

3. Arizona Resort - A resort exists in the eastern side of the City of Phoenix adjacent to the Superstition Mountain Range that currently has existing resort facilities such as hotels, golf courses, and rental units with an existing positive cash flow. There are also major development opportunities on the site which add substantial upside to this project. The purchase and development of this property is within the political sphere of Senator John McCain in Arizona and provides an excellent opportunity for immediate cash flow to project buyers. $35 million

4. EnergyGlass – A technology has been developed in Florida that provides for very strong glass panels that can withstand substantial blunt force impacts while at the same time using natural light to generate electricity. It is suggested that a franchise be acquired from the Florida operation and that a plant for this manufacturing process be located in Nevada (for favorable tax reasons) and that negotiations take place to provide service areas where EnergyGlass can be provided in areas of existing purchase interest. $50 million

5. AST Computer Chip – This process involves a highly efficient way to

generate cost effective transfer of information to computer chips that can be used to support a variety of manufacturing and information technology applications. A relatively small investment can bring this product to a major market position with ongoing revenue resulting from its manufacture and distribution. The funds necessary to expand to the West Coast, a second plant in Nevada, providing 120 new jobs. $4 million

6. Bank purchases – At the present time, we are in discussions with Mr. Ron Sexton relative to the purchase of two banks with at least one enjoying a federal charter, which could be used by our overall efforts to finance projects and developing a major position in funding on a short term basis of residential mortgages. $30 million

7. The Santa Barbara and Pismo Beach areas represent a unique but important opportunity for an ecologically oriented development that is consistent with economic development and environmental advancement as well. Short term money is needed to move this forward while plans are finalized for a significant total investment in the area. $1 billion

8. Long Beach Development – Plans currently exist for development of a pristine ocean front location in the City of Long Beach on a mixed-use basis. Said development represents a highly unusual opportunity for ocean front development in a prime Southern California area. $150 million

9. Panama Development – This project on the west coast of Panama, north of Panama City, located on the Pacific Ocean side, provides an opportunity for a joint venture with an existing Panamanian land owner who would like to move forward with a mixed-use development including hotels, retail, housing, and recreation on the property. $150 million

10. Idaho Mining – Plans also exist with property interests in Idaho that lend

themselves to the development of mining interests that could bring about profitable returns for the investor. $25 million

11. Houston Shopping Center – Located adjacent to a major freeway in the City of Houston, Texas and relatively close to the Galleria Shopping Center, this property is under the control of one of our partners through easements and property ownership. The City of Houston has expressed a significant interest in this site, which is in excess of 100 acres, to be revitalized and made productive in terms of supporting the community. It is also appropriate to note that the project has an existing jewelry mart on the site which has been fully leased for many years. Development plans would anticipate purchasing that building with its existing positive cash flow. The City of Houston has also indicated an interest in supporting revitalization of this site in a mixed-use fashion with governmental financing and financial contributions. Existing Texas professionals such as lawyers, brokers, etc. are also lined up and ready to be utilized in this project. $60 million

12. Arizona mixed-use development – Plans are currently underway for the

master planning, zoning, and entitlement of a large mixed-use complex east of Phoenix and relatively close to the Arizona resort mentioned in #3 above. This facility will include housing, hotels, manufacturing, race track facilities for use by high-performance vehicles, recreational vehicle facilities, and an aircraft landing strip. This can work out to be one of the largest master planned facilities of its type located anywhere in the United States. $160 million

13. ARTIC – There currently exists a master plan for a very large mixed-use project in the City of Anaheim, California that will connect the existing Honda Center and the existing Anaheim Regional Transportation Center, all of which will include several hundred thousand square feet of mixed-use development. Very important planning studies have already been conducted and the location of the property is right in the center of huge economic development efforts currently underway. Great potential exists for investors and developers to move this effort forward. $2 billion

14. Paso Robles – Existing property is available in Paso Robles that lends itself to a high-end hotel / spa / custom home development that has existing horse stables of a high quality and horse track on the property. While this is a very difficult area to secure entitlements, the property owners have thought that through carefully and as a result have made a very high-end project possible. $100 million

15. Property exists currently in the Canary Islands off the coast of Africa which is presently awaiting entitlement and processing efforts from the Country of Spain. Once this has been secured, some very valuable development opportunities will make themselves available. $50-100 million

16. While not currently available, there is property in the City of Redlands,

California, that can be used for planning and development of high-end single family residences. The Redlands area is quite affluent and would lend itself to an important project like this.

17. Desalinization - Southern California is currently undergoing severe water restriction regulations and is in dire need of efforts to maximize the use of potable water and the re-use of water as much as possible. A series of desalinization efforts that can accomplish this goal are underway and have needs for a joint venture partner to capitalize on the broader overall water needs of the region. $2 billion

18. A relatively large area of land located in South Africa has been pre-

planned for housing, public services such as schools, and retail services and is in need of a joint venture partner with opportunities for development interests as well.

As you can see from the above list of projects, the opportunities to generate significant employment, enhance the environment, create job opportunities for construction companies, and to pursue profitable ventures are all possible as noted above. We stand ready to work with appropriate companies to coordinate these efforts and to maximize the benefits to be derived from them.
