ASPEN, Colo… Carrie Wells with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate in Aspen sold The Residences building located in the heart of downtown Aspen on Dec. 17, 2014 for $16.25 million.
The Residences, featuring two separately deeded homes on a 6,000-square-foot lot, maintain the pres-tigious distinction of being the only purely residential property with no retail or office space in the City of Aspen proper.
“This property was an incredibly rare find in Aspen,” said Carrie Wells, Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate.
