Introduction
Performance appraisal is an unavoidable supervisory activity as employeeslook forward to understand how their superior views their performanceappraisal to rewards makes the session even more sensitive to handle.

2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 working days from the date of the
program is subject to cancellation fee equivalent to 50%of the fees.
Cancellation within 15 working days from the date of theprogram is subject to cancellation fee equivalent to 100%of the fees.

Mr William Thien, is a human resource management trainer and consultant withEffective Outsource Networks, a human resource consulting and training facilityproviding a w ide range of human resource management and development supportservices to companies in Singapore. He is a certif ied Practicing ManagementConsultant (PMC), and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants(Singapore), a full member of the International Council of Management ConsultingInstitutes.
He obtained his degree, Bachelor of Science (Econs) (Hons) in Management Studies,from the University of London. He has obtained his Master of Arts, InstructionalDesign and Technology from the National Technological University (NTU).Professionally, he holds a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from theSingapore Institute of Management and has also completed the Advance Certificate inTraining and Assessment (ACTA) from the Institute of Adult Learning.
William has worked in the shipbuilding, engineering and construction as well as thehotel industries. During this period of w ork, he carried a w ide variety of portfolios,including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performancemanagement, employee industrial relations and training & development. He w as thePersonnel Manager of Mandarin Hotel, a five-star service establishment with over 1200 employees w hen he joined Effective Outsource Netw orks (EON).
