VAN AUTISTIC CHILDREN TRAINING CENTERWitih the social responsibility project, the project which is founded on an approximately 20 thousand sqm land at Edremit, Van, is designed as a education facility for the education of special children. The education facility which is built by materials that ease the use by the special children includes more than one structure which consists of ground floor and basement. ESENLER SPORTS COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION İşin Adı: Esenler Sports Complex Construction

Date of the contract: April 25th, 2014

Total construction area is 40 thousand sqm. Inside, there is a two-storey car park on 15 thousand 729 sqm (for 500 vehicles), the surrounding of the game area is 1686 sqm, standard audience tribune area is 4 thousand 226 sqm, protocol audience tribune area is 292 sqm, game area is on 7 thousand 914 sqm area.

The capacity of the stadium is 5 thousand 600 people, and 114 of the seats are seperated for protocol.

The structure is composed of three main parts which are stadium, amateur sports and Car park. For amateur clubs and mat sports, 4 practice saloons of 256 sqm are built. Game area is 7 thousand 914 sqm, and artificial grass was used in its construction. Also, it has a FIFA certificate.

The body height of the dam is 78,83 m. Total storage volume of the dam is 43,90 million m3.

It will irrigate a total of 70 thousand 900 decar agricultural land at 19 accomodational unit inside the borders of Kovancılar and Karakoçan District in Elazığ city.

It is aimed with Kanatlı Dam that 38 621 836,95 TL annual contribution to the national economy, 580,73 TL increase in income per decar, and employment opportunties for 17 thousand 730 people are provided.

With the water that is going to be stored in Yeşilvadi Dam which was built withing the scope of “1071 POND” project realized in order to ensure the irrigated farming in rural lands outside the big irrigation projects and meeting the need for drinking water the irrigation of 6 thousand 220 decar land will be detemined.

The height of Yeşilvadi (Beylerderesi) Dam which is built with roller compacted concrete is 39 m; and after waste outlet derivation cut-and-cover production is finished, water is derived.

The conveyance tunnel which will be built within this project is going to irrigate the productive agricultutal lands of 23 settlements.

Approximately 175 thousand hectar agricultural land will be irrigated with the project. 44,05 km of main channel will be constructed for the irrigation network of 175 thousand decar land.

It is aimed with the project that 83.327.759,98 TL contribution to the national economy and employement for 52 thousand people are provided.

The tunnel is 19 thousand 200 meters; 7 thousand 360 meters is dublex tube tunnel and 11 thousand 800 meters is divided road. Also, witihn the scope of the project, there are three junctions one of which is with a bridge. There are 9 bilateral turnouts and emergency crossovers between the tunnels.

Within the scope of the project, 1 million 430 thousand m3 tunnel excavation via the new Austrian method, 2 million 950 thousand m3 borrowed pit, split and lateral borrow excavation, 430 thousand tons of plantmix base and subbase, productions such as 145 thousand sqm bituminous hot mix and 3500 tons of bituminous hot foundation will be present. When Alacabel Tunnel between Antalya-Konya highway is completed, 25 million TL annually in labor force and 17,6 million TL in fuel oil is planned to be saved.

Also, another important aspect of the project is that it shortens Konya-Antalya highway 28 km. With this project which is going to eliminate slopes and turns, drivers will be able to have a safe and a comfortable journey.

58 59The main runway is 2 thousand 318 m and 45 m wide, and 30 tons of straight and ribbed iron bars, 20 tons of welded wire, 170 thousand tons of subbase and base plates are used during the construction. 32 thousand m3 special concrete (350 doses) and 70 thousand tons of aggregate concrete is used in order to achieve this concrete.

The width of the berm is 7,5 m, and a binder plate was produced with 5 thousand 100 tons of bituminous aggregate on this berm.

The length of the side runway is 2 thousand 168 m, its width is 30 m, and the width of the berm is 3 m. During its construction,18 tons of straight and ribbed iron bars, 20 tons of welded wire, 93 thousand tons of subbase and base plates, 19 thousand 500 m3 special concrete (350 doses), and approximately 38 thousand tons of aggregate concrete is used in order to achieve this concrete. 1000 tons of bituminous asphalt binder plate is made.

A hangar building which includes 3 thousand sqm concrete technical personel division and 5 thousand sqm steel construction helicopter area was built. Approximately 1250 tons of structural steel is used in the construction of the building.

It includes the construction of 46,9 km long Van-Muradiye state highway as two two-lane road by improwing the standards of the existing road. Also, it is contracted that the road which is with surface dressing is to be built as Bituminous Hot Mix. In the above mentioned construction work, important items such as 3 milion 350 thousand m3 digging, 1 million 315 thousand tons of plantmix foundation and subbase, 1 million 370 thousand sqm of 21 cm BHM, 55 thousand m3 concrete, 2 thousand 500 tons of iron bars, 120 thousand m3 stone fill, 35 thousand 600 sqm prefabricated concrete parquet construction and 65 thousand 800 m prefabricated concrete curb production are present.

We have realized our first project of 11 storeys and 26 thousand sqm mall of which 12 thousand sqm is a hotel in Van city center.

YÖRÜK MALL AND HOTEL PROJECT It is built at the busiest avenues of Van city on the land which was previously the old Government Office. The construction site which is close to the State Hospital, Court House, Police Headquarters, State Theatre and other commercial areas, is also situated at an area on which commercial life is dense. It is a prospective center of attention in Van.

Our Mall and Hotel construction is planned as a total of 18 floors in which 3 basement floors + ground floor+ 4 floors of MAll and 10 floors for accomodation are found. In the project in which 4 floors are designed as Mall, a total of 50 stores are present. Other than these, ATMs, cafeteria and food areas, bowling, movie theather and recreational zones are found. Also, large pedestrian paths and resting places for visitors are found. A closed car park is present on the basement floors so that parking lots are sufficient enough not to cause any problems.

We aim with the project will increase the economic, social and cultural potential of Van city that the city develop and create employment opportunities.

It is a Premier Impact Breaker (PDK) type facility. Their capacities are 300 tons/h. Materials produced are used in city and village roads, asphalt plants, ready-mixed concrete plants, concrete construction materials production facilities etc.

CONCRETE PLANT There are four different Concrete Plants in our Holding. EIA area of our plant which is established on Van Erciş Road is 32 thousand sqm. Other three concrete plants are used for construction works which are contracted by our Holding. Also, our plants are members of “Turkish Conc-rete Association”. Daily concrete production capacity is 5000 m3, and annual production capacity is approximately 1 million 500 thousand cbm. All the materials used are in compliance with TSI and CE standards.

AGREGA CRUSHING–SIFTING FACILITIES Our facility is situated on a 100 hectar area. The service building is also present in the facility area. Annual production capacity is 450 thousand tons. In addition to this, we have crusher groups in our contracted sites. In our facilities, 0,5 material, type A, B and C materials are produced.

The whole operation process is realized in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Production conditions in our facilities are realized in compliance with TSI and CE standards.

AGRICULTURE AND HUSBANDRY

ERDEMLİ WALNUT YARD

Agriculture and husbandry, which is one of the lines of work in our Holding includes investments which are gıing to be made on this subject. We entered the sector with the walnut yard consisting of 40 thousand walnut trees in Erdemli, Mersin.

ERDEMLİ WALNUT YARD Place: Mersin-Erdemli Evdilek Area Harvest will be possible on 2019 from the walnut yard which was planted on 2012. This project have the feature of being the biggest investment project which is founded on a single deed in Turkey. 40 thousand walnut trees are planted on a 3 thousand decar land. 1100 decar of it is the participation of Yörük Holding. The land has an altitude of 1000. The whole circumference of 3 thousand decar land is surrounded with wire fence. It’s irrigation is provided by water which is transported from a 10 thousand km distance.

Old Van House Restoratıon

The restoration of one of the oldest houses of Van, which was built in 1936 by Mr. Abdurrahman Nafiz Yörük and his family was restored. Mr. Abdurrahman Nafiz Yörük and his family use the house as a ceremonial center for bairam holidays.
