Attached is a communication from Smart Communications, Inc. regarding the 11th SWEEP Innovation and Excellence Awards to be held on February 12, 2015 at Raffles Hotel, Makati City. As one of the top 10 finalist, our students and mentors needs to present and demonstrate our entry entitled “S-MART: Smart Marketing Assistance and Product Trading App”.

In this light, may the undersigned request the utilization of a university vehicle to aid us in transportation of our students and faculty members to the said venue.

Attached is the proposed budget for approval of your good office.
