Quality mark your tags by including "Sterling" in script or block text, or “.925” or “.925AS” in block text—available without an artwork set-up charge. If You Have An Illustration Program:If you have created your logo in an illustrationprogram, you can easily e-mail it to us.

1. We accept files saved as .EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) files or .TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) files.

2. Create an e-mail with: • Your name

• Your Rio Grande customer number • Your daytime phone number • The dimensions of your logo • Type of order awaiting artwork (e.g.: hot stamp or custom stamp)

3. Attach your .EPS or .TIFF file of your logo to the e-mail

4. Send the e-mail to info@riogrande.com

If You Don’t Have An Illustration Program:Logos created in a word processing program cannot be submitted through e-mail because the font of the logo may not be readily available, and the logo will arrive looking very different than what you sent.

If you have created your logo in a word processing program such as Microsoft Word, you cannot save your logo as an .EPS or .TIFF file. The best way to get us your logo when it has been created in a word processing program is to mail it to us as a high-quality laser print (300dpi or above)—available directly from your com-puter or from a local printer, design firm or copy shop.

You have spent valuable time creating your logo to get it just right, and we want to make it easy for you to order and receive personalized products (such as custom stamps, repair or layaway tickets, packaging items, and laser-engraved quality tags) that crisply and professionally represent your business. To ensure the most efficient service with accurate and timely orders, please follow these guidelines. It is crucial that we receive your logo accurately—free of any variations due to different software systems.

Send us your camera-ready, black & white lettering or artwork (please do not send artwork with shades of gray or color). Very fine line thickness and/or very close letter spacing may cause your image to repro-duce poorly. Important: Images must be created at 300dpi or better.
