The Cou rt adopted the tentative ruling, overruling Defe ndant's
demurrer to the causes ofaction for negligence and violation of
Business and Professions Code section 17 200, et seq.ordering the
Defendan t to file an answer in 10 day s and sustaining the Defenda
nt's demurrer tothe caus action for violation of Civil Code section
1788, et seq. without leave to amend. Acopy of the tentative ruling
is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Plaintiffs were ordered to give notice.
