Architect Forum meetings.– Invited to lots of meetings now – the role of “the intersect”.– Scott Rende is lead for “Cloud First” and Scott Bernard is lead for

Shared Service Solutions.• Idea: How to start the business model – have to invest to start it.

– GAO Report on Waste Reduction and Its Impact on EA (pages 62-65): Endorses what we know and supports shared services.

– April 21 and 26, Parts 1 and 2 at White House Conference Center (by invitation to gov only): Performance.gov, 25-Point Plan Status, Shared Service Solutions, Common Architecture (FEA), EA Certification, and EA Version 2 (late spring). Released to public afterwards.
