Facilitates impending launch of 10G Data Centre Option (scheduled for March 2015 launch)

Facilitates impending launch of Hull Access product variant, which is currently in testing and will move to trial in February. Soft launch is targeted for March 2015.

– Schedule to launch in March 2015 (alternative to our current 1G DC option).

– Forecast requirement with lead time of 120 Days.

– New sites developed subject to demand, we ask client teams frequently.

Hull AccessProduct Offering

– BT does not have a footprint or switching capability within the Hull area to provide services directly. BTW has provisioned an Ethernet Edge Switch (EES) within Hull Anson exchange (BT Building) allowing BTW to extend its reach into Hull. Resilient backhaul to is prvided via Malton and Pontefract BT Ethernet enabled exchanges.

– 10M, 100M & 1G Access Options

– We only offer the 1 year terms option.

– Standard or premium for the Etherflow.

– Min 1 year commitment term on both Etherway and Etherflows. (Standard T&C’s)

– No change to the upgrade and down grade terms.

Pricing

• BTW Pricing Tool will be updated to include Hull post codes

• Save price (screen shot or quote reference) and associate with CRF when submitting order.

• Quote should not be more that 7 days old from when order submitted.

• Connection changes and annual rentals applicable for the access.

• The service (Etherflow) will be on an annual rental basis.

Etherflow Bandwidth options – BTW Pricing Tool screenshot

• Currently, Etherflow Bandwidths are available in 1Mbit/s increments up to 10Mbit/s and then larger increments for higher bandwidths.

• This development will offer customer additional 1Mbit/s incremental bandwidths between 10Mbits/s and 35Mbit/s.

• Launch date is planned for Q3 15/16 depending on customer demand and feedback.
