Timmy’s YELLOW SCHOOL BUS is a’rolling towards school.

INT. - SCHOOL BUS - SAME TIME

TIMMY, CHESTER and AJ sit in the THIRD ROW.

3 CHESTERWhy did the orange go to the doctor?

4 AJWho cares. It’s going to end in a pun.

The bus slows down at a BUS STOP. We see TRIXIE TANG, an incredibly hot (by 10 year old standards, of course) Asian-American girl.

5 TIMMYOhmigosh! It’s her! Trixie Tang!

6 CHESTERAw, Jeez. Here we go again.

As Timmy talks, Chester and AJ mimic his every move.

7 TIMMYShe’s the prettiest girl in the school and today she’s gonna sit next to me!

8 AJOh? What makes today different?

Timmy shoves Chester and AJ off of the seat and sets a RESERVED


SIGN down in their place. Trixie saunters onto the bus and pauses for a moment to look at the BUS DRIVER.

SPOTLIGHTS begin to wave back and forth and a DISCO BALL drops. Trixie floats past the first row where TAD and CHAD, two POPULAR BOYS wearing COATS and SUNGLASSES, sit.

They faint as she greets them. Trixie continues to strut past the second row, where popular girl, VERONICA sits.

Veronica also faints. Trixie walks past Timmy.

The four rise up as an eight-legged unit, lift the table and move to another location.

Timmy runs past BATHROOM DOORS. He’s really gotta go bad.

He heard something OS.

They look at Timmy. There’s an uncomfortable moment.

An EJECTOR SPRING shoots up, sending Chad flying O.S.

POOF! POOF! Cosmo and Wanda are absolutely exhausted, but Timmy still reads off his list. His room is FILLED with party stuff -- both realistic and otherwise. He’s got HORSES, HELICOPTERS, FOOD TRAYS, BUTLERS, BALLOONS... you name it. He’s been wishing his little pink hat off.

Poof! A ROCK BAND appears.

Cosmo and Wanda slowly raise their wands and with a weary POOF! The rock band becomes a BRITISH ROCK BAND.

We see a COURTROOM filled with MEMBERS OF THE FAIRY COMMUNITY and the FAIRY PRESS. Timmy sits at a TABLE with Cosmo and Wanda. JORGEN stands by a sign that reads “FAIRY COURT.”

Cosmo approaches the bench.

He puts on a FIREMAN’S HAT.

Cosmo addresses the jury.

We hear the WALLA of kids ambling down the street.
