Currently Head of Operations in 101Brands Pte Ltd, he is responsible for building the brand portfolio and international channels for our partner brands. Mark is the former Regional Sales Manager of South Asia, Middle East & Africa for Crocs Asia adding 11 distributors and increasing revenues 50% in the first year.
As co-founder of the exclusive distributor for Crocs in China & India, he built the India business to over 600 retail points in India and 5 exclusive Crocs stores in the first 24 months of operations. As a Principal at 101Capital Limited – an Investment Advisory & Business Strategy Group Mark successfully concluded a number of M&A and corporate funding transactions.
Mark previously spent 13 years in executive positions at The Economist Group Asia Pacific Ltd establishing and building the most extensive and prestigious network of advisory, conference and interactive networking programs for top executives and government officials in Asia and the Americas. As an entrepreneur Mark cut his teeth as Founder & Director of Aus-Tec Products Pty Ltd, an innovative and early market mover of electronic water treatment controls for swimming pools and spas. Peter Hammond – Senior Partner
Peter Hammond is an Asia based retail professional with over 20 years of retail development
experience. He has worked directly for several major international brands and also for a major
luxury distributor based in Hong Kong. He began his retail career in 1988 working for Royal
Doulton as Regional Development Manager Asia before switching to Waterford Wedgwood in
1993, where he managed the Hong Kong retail business, before moving to Singapore to manage
the Asia Pacific regional development for Wedgwood.
Peter joined Hong Kong’s top luxury retail distributor, Bluebell Group in 2000 to manage the
Hong Kong retail business consisting of a network of 23 boutiques including Davidoff, Etienne
Aigner, Moschino and Blue Marine, before being appointed to manage the Asia Pacific business
for the Brand Moschino.
He joined Esprit in 2003 as Regional Director Asia Pacific for all distributor businesses. The
business spanned from China to Australia with hundreds of stores managed through major
distributors in China, India, North Korea, South East Asia and Australia. During his tenure the
business grew from US$70m to US$220 million in 5 years with over 1000 points of sale in 15
countries. After a sabbatical Peter returning to Esprit in 2009 for another 2 year stint.
Peter then joined the Mexx Brand in 2011 to formulate a wholistic new business strategy for the
brand in Asia before leaving at the end of 2013.

Jonathan has been a Senior Advisor to TPG. since July 2011. Mr. Price was the Managing Director of The Body Shop Asia Pacific region for 5 years, covering 16 countries and was also on the companies’ group executive committee.
His 23 Year Career started with the preeminent British retailer Marks and Spencer PLC and during his 15 year tenure with this company he held a variety of key positions with his final appointment into the International Franchise Group based out of Hong Kong. In 1999 he became the Vice President of Consumer Asia Pacific for Gateway Computers Ltd. In 2002 he joined the Targus Group International as President Asia Pacific and then in 2005 became the Global COO.

As Regional Operations Director for Crocs she managed almost 150+ stores across 9 countries in APAC, S Africa and Middle East. As Operations Manager for Fox Fashion, a subsidiary of WingTai (public listed company) she directed the operations of its chain of outlets under athe FOX Fashion label from Israel and grew the number of outlets to 21 in 6 years. As General Manager of a recruitment firm Amanda revamping processes and implemented new tracking systems and utilized her professional Sales and Business skills and secured the largest single contract in company history stretcheingover 5 years.
Amanda spent 16 years with the Fifth Ave Group where she was General Manager for 9 years and managed the entire group’s business’ operations. Her achievements included overseeing the retail operations in Singapore and Malaysia as well as the manufacturing plants in Indonesia and Malaysia. She managed a 26-country export sales process and the buying and merchandising activities in the APAC region. She was the International Operations Manager with the same group for 4 years. She started and grew the Singapore market which included setting up the chain of specialty retail stores (16 stores) from scratch. Kenji Komori
Kenji Komori is the founder of his own distribution company which ihas become a major distributor of Totes (umbrella) and Venex Apparel in Japan.
Kenji is a veteran professional in the retail industry who is well-versed in the different facets of the sports and lifestyle retail industry. He was formerly the Sales Director for Nike Golf and over the course of his 23 year old career with Nike had spearheaded the First Futures Program in the Sports Apparel Industry which contributed to major increment to the revenue from import/sales of product manufactured overseas.
He had created new channels of distribution reaching more partners and consumers by reaching out to retailers other than sportswear wholesalers which contributed to revenue growth of 2 billion yen.
