INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY ACTIVITIES

On your own or with your family: Write or talk about worries or burdens of each person in your family. If you live with other people, take time to listen to each other without comment. Write or say a prayer bringing your worries and burdens to God. Release the burdens into God’s care. If it is helpful, have each person write a worry or burden on a piece of paper. The papers can be burned or torn up and thrown away as a symbol of fully releasing them to God.
