Modern office space, 14 floors of dynamic shared workspace with river views. A place for forward-thinking communities to connect and collaborate.
An iconic building showcasing distinctive architecture.
The building has its own unique identity and vibrant communal areas to foster an open, collaborative working culture.
Our goal was to create a Hammersmith hub for our members, and in One Lyric Square we discovered the perfect starting point.
A gorgeous mid-century building that showcases some distinctive architecture, we’ve worked with Stiff + Trevillion to create a spacious reception and welcoming entrance, this includes an exposed atrium drawing natural light down to the ground floor.
The design incorporates the building’s original materials and fits in seamlessly with the square outside.
