Assistant Director of ServicesSESDAC Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Services to be responsible for the overall management and operations of assigned organizational components. They will provide
on-going leadership, management, training, evaluation and consultation to staff members to provide and coordinate
services to accomplish our mission.
Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field (i.e. Psychology, Social Work,
Sociology or Education) or other related field. Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience in working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities,
with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the
developmental disabilities field.
The position is a Full-time salaried position with a starting base salary of $35,500. Excellent benefit package is available. For
