1.0 Technical 5100HD

Ametek Model 5100HD Oxygen Analyzer for the measurement of O2 in a VRU.

The 5100HD is a Non-Contact Oxygen Analyzer that uses Tunable Diode Laser Absorption

Spectrocopy (TDLAS) Technology.

The analyzer features:

• All digital signal processing – 32 bit microcontroller capable of sophisticated signal processing

• Web-Based interface - Modbus, Ethernet and analog connectivity

• Real-Time performance Monitoring – Laser line-lock verification using internal reference cell

• NEMA 4 Enclosure houses the electronic components
