3WALKTHROUGH: WHOLE TEAMRenna, Katya, Jenna, as well as our contractor, stager, and landscaper will tour your home with you to determine the work that should be done.
RENOVAT IONS: RENNA & KATYAKatya will create a calendar of improvements and
repairs, and will coordinate with our contractors to ensure the work is completed on schedule.

5MARKET ING: JENNAThorough promotion of your property is extreme-ly important for a successful sale. Our goal is to get as many buyers into your home as possible.
ON MARKET: RENNA & KATYAAs soon as your home is prepared and listed for
sale on the market, all showings of your property will be coordinated by Renna and Katya.

7OPEN HOUSE: RENNAWe advertise our open houses extensively and elevate the appeal with music, food, and multiple team members to answer any and all questions.
NEGOTIAT ION: RENNARenna is extremely thorough in reviewing
qualified buyers and managing the offer process, and exceptionally skilled at negotiating.

IN CONTRACT: MARTHA & BEZIMartha, escrow officer, and Bezi, transaction coordinator, will make sure that all legalities are as straightforward and easy for you as possible.

CLOSING: RENNA & MARTHAAt closing, both buyer and seller receive the final
closing documents, including title and loan paperwork, and the house keys change hands.
