Our goal is to get as many buyers into your home as possible. ON MARKET: RENNA & KATYA As soon as your home is prepared and listed for sale on the market, all showings of your property will be coordinated by Renna and Katya. 6 7 OPEN HOUSE: RENNA We advertise our open houses extensively and elevate the appeal with music, food, and multiple team members to answer any and all questions. NEGOTIATION: RENNA Renna is extremely thorough in reviewing qualified buyers and managing the offer process, and exceptionally skilled at negotiating. 8 IN CONTRACT: MARTHA & BEZI Martha, escrow officer, and Bezi, transaction coordinator, will make sure that all legalities are as straightforward and easy for you as possible. 9 CLOSING: RENNA & MARTHA At closing, both buyer and seller receive the final closing documents, including title and loan paperwork, and the house keys change hands. 10
