• Power – sprinter to drive out of blocks, long jumper to aid take off
• Speed – sprinter to cover distance in shortest time possible, same with long
jumper to give quick run up.
• Reaction Time – Sprinter to react to gun,
• Co – ordination – Sprinting to use arms and legs and keep balanced, Long
jump to create different movement during flight and take off.
