• Green incentive for new building and existing building renovations

• Program intended to promote and incentivize/reward businesses for sustainable and environmentally friendly practices of design and construction

• Became available January 2009

• 20%-25% reduction in building permit fees• 20% reduction for meeting minimum

standards requirement

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)

• 21% reduction for LEED Certified project• 22% reduction for LEED Silver project• 23% reduction for LEED Gold project• 25% reduction for LEED Platinum project

New Buildings• Meet 12 of 24 green standards• At least one standard in every category
