    Project management is a method and a set of techniques basedon the accepted principals of management used for planning,estimating and controlling work activities to reach a desired andresult on time- with in budget and according to specification.

    Changes in the business environment:

    Change or Die

    The only thing that remains unchanged is change itself

    With the reduction in man power and management layersthe work load had increased

    The managers are required to work smarter not harder

    Middle Management which is working just like a postoffice passing on the information are no more required
