My approach
As a CI “Black Belt”, Six Sigma “Green Belt” & Senior Project Manager, I am fanatical about service quality through lean processes, asset
care through reliability centered maintenance, personnel succession management through coaching & I strive to maintain simplicity of
processes. I apply myself in a structured manner using the balanced elimination of waste through structured Project Management tools &
apply DMAIC or similar methodology. Application of stake holder ownership & accountability has become a personal challenge in
corporate transformation through inversion of the traditional corporate triangle of command.

I am an experienced LEAN Director/Manager; Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement/Capital Projects/Maintenance
Engineering & Oil & Gas, with more than 30 years’ experience within BLUE CHIP, PHARMACEUTICAL, FMCG, HIGH QUALITY,
VOLUME & SPEED MANUFACTURING, OIL & GAS, INDUSTRIES across many cultures in over 40 countries working as both local &
expat resident manager or internal consultant & facilitator. In these roles I have had a varied & successful career track record recognized
from the most junior roles to the upper levels of the board.

I have a great passion for many team activities that extend to Yacht Racing & Dinghy Racing. I am also a passionate Aircraft Pilot & RC
Helicopter/Aircraft pilot & builder. I enjoy Tennis & SCUBA diving. All these pursuits have their share of pressure, which I effectively
balance, with a good sense of humor and a bright outlook which is often necessary after a demolition of a long hours built RC aircraft. I
enjoy a good challenge, which I meet with full commitment and find the opportunity to learn an irresistible temptation.
