3.12.2 The Video subgroup kindly requests experts to raise awareness for the Study text of ISO/IEC DIS 14496-33.

3.12.3 The Video subgroup appreciates the reports about the existence of substantially sped-up decoder software of IVC. Further improvements are encouraged to work towards real-time encoding and decoding, such that this software could raise public awareness of IVC.

3.12.4 WG11 reminds its members to send IPR declarations related to ISO/IEC 14496-33 to the ISO secretariat, considering the fact that FDIS is planned to be issued by the next meeting.

12.2.4 In consultation with the parent bodies, the VC subgroup reports the conclusion reached at the 114th meeting of WG 11 that the creation of a new HEVC profile or other new normative specification is not necessary to properly enable HDR/WCG video compression using the current edition of HEVC (3rd edition for ISO/IEC). No technology has been identified that would justify the creation of such a new specification. Future work on HDR/WCG in the VC subgroup will focus primarily on formal verification testing and guidelines for encoding practices.

WG11 expresses its appreciation to the US National Body for hosting the 114th WG11 meeting in San Diego, California.
