Oil and Gas Activity (NACE 11, 60.3)

– Sampling Manufacturing etc: Cut-off + PPS, 1 900 Establishments Oil and Gas: Total, 220 Enterprises

– Data collection Questionnaires

Quarterly Investments Statistics – from sample to population• Estimation

– From sample to population level Stratum 1: high level investments. All projects in the stratum must

be covered in the sample of the investment statistics. Estimated by aggregating the sample values.

Stratum 2-4: medium and small level investments, grossed up by ratio estimator

– Why separate treatment of high level investments when grossing up and how to define level of investment?
