Information contained in these slides is based upon current plans and the draft RFP, and is subject to change prior to release of the final RFP. Nothing said here today should be construed as a revision unless subsequently confirmed in the final RFP.
No Oral Questions relating to this requirement. All questions during the site visits and pertaining to the pre-solicitation
conference presentations, needs to be submitted on 3 x 5 index cards available in the room. Official Government responses will be provided in writing, and no oral responses will be provided except for clarifications.

GENERAL GUIDANCE (CON’T)
Communications blackout will be invoked upon release of the final RFP. Nonetheless, all communications from this point forward between industry and the Government needs to be routed through the Contract Specialist, Bob Benion.
The “blackout” period for communication with industry will continue until all proposals have been received, evaluated, and the contract awarded.

GENERAL PROCUREMENT INFORMATION
NASA may award a contract based solely on the initial offers received, without discussion of such offers. The initial proposals to the Government should contain the most favorable terms from a price and technical standpoint
The terms of the Solicitation and Statement of Work will remain UNCHANGED, once posted as a final RFP, unless the Solicitation is amended in writing
If Offeror’s intent is to take exceptions to terms and conditions after proposal receipt may be found ineligible for award and excluded from competition.

FFP Core Maintenance is divided into four distinct zones ARC, MSP and MUA have a base period of three years and
seven one year options MFA has a base period of three years and no options since
core maintenance functions will cease to be performed by NASA at that time
The IDIQ portions has a base year of three years and 7 one year options with a minimum order quantity of $3 Million
The CPFF portion has a one year base with 9 one year options and an estimated total hours of 15,000 per year.

CORE MAINTENANCE - TROUBLE CALLS
• Fixed Price Pricing Schedule (FPPS)
– Item Number C5.8.B, Trouble Calls• Annual Quantity and Unit = 12 Months
– Contractor is responsible for all Trouble Calls– Contractor to provide monthly price for each contract year,
and the total price for 12 months of service will be calculated• The Government will provide the annual quantity of trouble calls
based on historical and future data and enter it in the second trouble call line item on the pricing schedule in the final RFP– A unit price for each trouble call will be calculated by the
