• Corporate volunteer programme intended to alert the educational community for the safe and

responsible use of ICT technologies.

• 2008-2009: Awareness sessions in schools

• 2011: “Minuto Seguro” videos

• 2011-2012: First theatre play “Não faças aos outros…”

• 2011-2012: First edition of Past Time

• 2012: Awarded with the Troféu Português do Voluntariado

• 2014: Awareness sessions for parents

- By taking place in a classroom environment (addressing pupils and teachers from the 1st cycle

to the secondary), it ensures the presence of the PT Foundation close to the youngsters and the

promotion of “goodwill” among teachers and parents.

• After internal training, PT volunteers give lectures to raise awareness on safety issues on the

Internet and mobile phones, targeting students from the 1st cycle to the secondary.

• A partnership with Guarda Nacional Republicana (“GNR”) ensured a vast territorial coverage.

• The contents are reviewed annually and adapted to the target audience.

• Awards to students, teachers and schools.

• Since its 1st ed. (2011-12), PT Foundation received 132 projects from 34 schools

address online safety issues in the school

environment and in theatre rooms, in

partnership with Municipalities

• 2012-2013 “Don’t do to others...!”, a play

about bullying and cyber bullying

• 2013-2014 “What are you doing?!” focusing

the safe use of new technologies

• 2014-2015 “Like? A click may change your

life” addressing online attitudes and

behaviours and their consequences

+ 21.000 viewers!

Social dimension: symbolic price of 1€ per

session (in theatres); collected money is

doubled by PT Foundation and directed to

social causes

• Initiative promoted by the PT Foundation
