NP-7C Clark-Subic - Tarlac

1. Develop East Circumferential Road, Upgrade Magalang Angeles Road,

2. Road widening of West Circumferential Road (Friendship highway) up to 4 lanes,

3. Development of inter municipality road from San Simon to Mabalacat

4. Improve the Tarlac Sta. Julianna Road; the Tarlac- Iba Road;

5. Widening of Olongapo-Gapan Road 6. Develop and implement consolidated road

improvement packages for Subic, Clark and the provinces in between, namely: Zambales; Bataan; Pampanga; Tarlac

7. In the Angeles and Clark City area (MICE, Medical & Retirement Tourism precinct)

8. Prepare Traffic Reforms and traffic management Plan
