1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF - JAKARTA

Job Descriptions:Report to Finance/Accounting DGMPrepare monthly management reportPrepare and distribute weekly credit reportMaintain and control credit facilityPrepare monthly outstanding debtPrepare monthly financial reportCheck and maintain GL (including branches)Prepare and reconcile monthly unsettle deposit container and demurragePrepare monthly disbursement GSA reconciliation  Requirements:Candidate must possess  Bachelor Degree major Accounting with min. Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with min. GPA 3.00At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Staff specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.Having skill in Oracle Database Form and Report  Developer is mandatoryHaving skill in  Dot Net - Visual Studio  and  SQL Server would be advantageCommunicative, Trustworthy and  good in teamwork.Applicants must be willing to work in Menara Global 3rd Fl Jl Jend Gatot Subroto Kav 27.Full-Time position available.

Job Descriptions:Report to Trade ManagersIdentify and develop potential new business and, maintain existing customers with good conduct of services.Coordinate and cooperate with other departments, branch offices, and counterpart offices.Focus on customers-oriented servicesDistribute to all branches and up-date  for any trade guidanceMonitor market and competitor activitiesMonitor timely release of Bill of lading  and minimize outstanding freightPrepare Daily Booking Report update.Follow up rate request from shippers. Requirements:Candidate must possess  Bachelor Degree with min.
