Welcome to the FIRST District 6290 onlineMembership Seminar.

3

During the session, your voice will be on mute. With this many attendees, it would be chaotic to have everyone talking at once.

There will be a Q & A session at the end, so if you have a question or comment, please raise your hand (the little hand on the banner in the upper right hand corner of your screen) or submit a question through the ‘question’ box, also in the upper right hand corner.

Periodically during this presentation, we will have polls, asking you for information. Please respond to those right away and then

we’ll share the results

17

Education Idea that works…

When you first get started with a formal new member orientation, do it as the club program, in front of the entire club.

This will…

• Involve current members in the process

• Refresh many ‘older’ Rotarians on the information

• Make the new members feel like part of the group

Best thing we can do…

Get members involved and keep them involved!

28

Leadership is not always going back to the same people to do the job…

Leadership is getting new people involved.
