Ethernet Cloud Carrier
The intermediary that provides Carrier Ethernet connectivity and transport of cloud services from Cloud Service Providers and Cloud Consumers and with other Ethernet Cloud Carriers.
Cloud Broker
An entity that manages the use, performance and delivery of cloud services, and negotiates relationships between Cloud Service Providers, Cloud Consumers and Ethernet Cloud Carriers
