1. Login เข้า Google Chula
2. เลือก Google
3. เลือก Google ชีต ที่ต้องการ หรือ เพื่อสร้าง ซีตใหม่
4. จะได้ซีตเพ่ือท าการสร้างเอกสารหใหม่ หรือเปิดจากชีตที่มีข้อมูอยู่แล้ว ชีตใหม่
หรือเปิดชีตที่มีข้อมูลอยู่แล้ว
5. เลือกค าสั่ง “ส่วนเสริม และกด “ดาวน์โหลดส่วนเสริม”
6. แล้วกดเลือก “FormMule-Email Merge Utilityอก “FormAMule-Email Merge Utility”

7. เลือกกด
8. เลือกค าสั่ง “FormMule-Email Merge Utility” แล้วเลือก “setup” แล้วเลือก “Choose source
data and merge type”
9. จะข้ึนหน้าต่างนี้มา กดเลือก ชีตที่ต้องการให้งาน ตรง ค าว่า “Select sheet” หรือตามตัวอย่างตรงค าว่า “ตัวอย่างทดสอบ” แล้วเลือก “Next”
10. จะชึ้นหน้าต่างนี้ เลือก Save และเลือกกด Next
11. จะข้ึนหน้าต่างนี้ แล้วเลือกรายละเอียด เมื่อเสร็จแล้วให้กด “Preview and Send all”
12. หลังจากนั้นจะข้ึนหน้าต่างนี้ เพ่ือเลือกส่งจดหมาย
