Given that all research projects selected should be"problem oriented" and "policy relevant":

• Announce the problems to be tackled: the project's rationale

• Define clear EU policy questions based on your scientific objectives by anticipating key messages to which you will provide answers

• Establish target audiences: To whom the project may concern

• Enable researchers to share the project's objective with stakeholders

• Stimulate a wider public interest

• Get issues raised by research on the policy agendas at local, regional, national and European levels

• Only by this way, you could promote scientific-evidence for policymaking
