As human beings, ourexistence began the momentwe were conceived in our

mothers womb.

The Son of God, however,became

man. This means that prior to Hisconception in the Virgin Mothers

womb, he had long been existing.

JESUS speaking to the Jews:

Abraham, your Father,

rejoiced to see MY DAY, he

saw it and was glad. So theJews said to him, You are

not yet fifty years old andyou have seen Abraham?

Jesus said to them, Amen,

Amen, I say to you, beforeAbraham came to be, I AM.

John 8:56-58

This biblical text affirms that Christexisted before Abraham.

I AM was a divine name in the OldTestament. This text not only provesthe preexistence of Jesus but hisDivinity as well.

Creation is often attributed to God the Father,Redemption to the Son, and Sanctification to the HolySpirit.

This does not mean that each of the three DivinePersons acted exclusively on the tasks attributed tothem. The Blessed Trinity is a perfect communion ofPersons, distinct but one, therefore They always actedas one.

When the world was created, the Son and the Spiritwere the Fathers co-creators.

GOD = HOLY TRINITY

To say that God created the world is to say that theHoly Trinity is the creator of the world.

John 1:1-3, 10

In the BEGINNING was the WORDAnd the WORD was WITH GODAnd the WORD was GOD.He was in the beginning with God.ALL THINGS CAME TO BE THROUGH

HIM AND WITHOUT HIM NOTHINGCAME TO BEHe was in the worldAND THE WORLD CAME TO BETHROUGH HIM.

The Son (Word) is Divine and havebeen existing since the verybeginning.The Creator of the world, God,cannot be a creature.If the Son is creator, the Son is not

a creature.

Colossians 1:15-17

He is the image of the invisible

God, the firstborn of all creation.For IN HIM ALL THINGS WERECREATED in heaven and onearth, whether thrones or

dominions or principalities orpowers, ALL THINGS WERECREATED THROUGH HIM ANDFOR HIM. HE IS BEFORE ALLTHINGS AND IN HIM ALLTHINGS HOLD TOGETHER.

To be the firstborn of all creation does not

mean to be the first creature. The firstborn

child is the one that gets the birthright. Thisemphasizes Christ superiority over creation.

In later verses, to be firstborn simply means

to be the first to be raised from the dead. These verses again tell us that Jesus is

Creator. The Creator cannot be a creature.

Hebrews 1:2-3

In these last days, He (God)

spoke to us through a son,whom he made heir of all thingsand THROUGH WHOM HECREATED THE UNIVERSE, who

is the refulgence of his glory,the very imprint of his beingand WHO SUSTAINS ALLTHINGS BY HIS MIGHTYWORD.

The Son is heir of all things- this is the

reason why he is called the firstborn ofcreation, not because he was a creature.It was through the Son that the universewas created The Son is creator.Gods mighty word brought things to

existence. The Sons mighty word

sustains all things.

THE SON IS ETERNAL: no beginning, noend. If the Son had a beginning, he cannotbe the beginning.

ONLY GOD IS ETERNAL. If the Son iseternal, then the Son is God.

GOD IS CREATOR. If the Son is God, thenthe Son, while distinct from the Father andthe Holy Spirit, is Creator.
