The Salvajor Company in 1944 introduced

Whether dealing with dishes, cafeteria trays,or large cookware, the Salvajor ScrapMasterwill increase the speed of scrapping and pre-rinsing while reducing both labor and watercosts. A powerful plume of recirculated waterflushes food waste from soiled dishes andcookware while consuming half the freshwater used by a typical fresh water trough.Both hands are used to scrap and rinse, mak-ing the ScrapMaster over twice as fast asother methods.

Also available, with a larger basin, is thePot/Pan ScrapMaster for handling larger cook-ware including 26” sheet pans. It is often usedto complement sinks and powered soakingmachines.

The ScrapMaster basin was designed withschool trays in mind. One person can scrapand pre-rinse trays two to three times as fast as with a standard pre-rinse spray.

Food Waste CollectorsWidely accepted in areas that restrict disposers

All three Collectors collect only fibrous and non-soluble food wastes. Bulk waste is reduced up to 50% andweight by 80%.

Salvajor Collectors recirculate water at the rate of 30 to 70 G.P.M. but use only 2 G.P.M. And since the operators have both

hands free to work, scrapping speed is doubled or tripled. All three may be used with a grease interceptor or septic system.

SCRAP COLLECTORAllows a single operator to quickly pass soileddishes through a heavy plume of recirculatedtempered water. The scrapping area accommo-dates all sizes of dishes as well as school trays.There isn’t a fasterway to scrap dishes.
