2. DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE
Aims to accompany the student to the discovery of his vocation, which involves knowing what your mission in college, the teacher's role in our contemporary world and acquire a range of attitudes, skills and competencies to perform their work and leadership that is called for.
3. SKILLS TO DEVELOP
3.1. General skills
- Develop leadership skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills. – Develop analytical, synthetic, reflective, creative, critical, theoretical and practical. - Know and act within the ethical principles necessary for the correct professional practice. - Develop motivation, self-assessment, orientation to personal achievement and leadership. - Reflect on professional practice, developing the initiative and entrepreneurship, innovation and research, in order to improve their own professional work. - Develop habits of excellence and quality in professional development.
3.2. Specific skills
Develop the capacity for analysis and synthesis and the ability to develop a research paper. Cultivate attitudes of leadership and social responsibility in the personal and professional performance.

4. PRE-REQUISITES
It is requested that the student has an open attitude toward a subject that a priori is not directly related to the exercise of their profession.

6. OBJECTIVES
It is intended that the end of the course the student is able to formulate and internalize the question about the nature (essence) and purpose of human existence and discover the scope and meaning.

8. METHODOLOGY/LEARNING ACTIVITIES
This course will combine lectures where the teacher will present synoptically the issues, with case studies, films, discussions and practical exercises. Within this space are provided for two tutorials, the first individual in which the student must present their knowledge on the subject that the teacher will investigate and group tutoring in which we will analyze the questions raised in the course.
9. EVALUATION SYSTEM
This course will be two assessment systems: Continuous: Students who attend class have must have passed tutorials, theory, and have fit in their social practices. Independent Work: Students who do not come to class will have to pass the three parts which split the course (theory, practice and tutoring) but the test and contents vary with respect to students who follow a continuous assessment.
