POSCO E&C is the first Korean construction company to build and to be recognized for its

technology in both Central and South America. Besides its expertise in LNG and coal-fired power

plants, it is also a company that boasts significant advancements and technology in green energy

fields, such as wind turbines, solar energy panels, RDF and fuel cells. The company is ambitious in

its efforts to develop new technology and it has successfully developed a synthetic natural gas(SNG)

technology together with POSCO, where SNG is produced from coal.
