Convergence with SSA and others

DIET is working in collaboration with agencies like MCD, DOE, NDMC, UEEM (H.Q). NGO’s like save the children etc.

• Training of Community Leaders, CRC’s & DURC’s, MCD teachers, TGT’s and PGT’s of DOE have been organized .

• Faculty involved in preparing Annual Work Plan and Budget of the district in collaboration with officials of MCD,DOE,NDMC,DC and UEEM Delhi head quarter.

• Faculty involved in House Hold Survey for out of school Children under SSA

• Faculty provided academic input to the various above mentioned agencies as a resource persons, preparation of manuals, modules, text books, school profile and guiding action researches.

• ETE trainees carried out various action researches during SEP in the schools of MCD & DOE.

• Collaborated with CIET, NCERT, CCERT, SCERT Haryana.

• With NGO “Save the Children” faculty attended workshop, prepared course design and training of MCD teachers on ILFE.

• DIET is working on Gender Sensitization issue for which it is collaborating with NGO MARYDO, Najafgarh.
