Every Child Matters

To achieve the five outcomes the organisations in Devon involved in providing services to children - from hospitals and schools to police and voluntary groups - will be teaming up in new ways through a partnership called The Childrenrsquos Trust to share information and work together to protect children and young people from harm and help them achieve what they want in life

The way in which this will be done is laid out in the Devon Children and Young Peoplersquos Plan

10

11
