1ST EAST ASIA HYDROGRAPHIC COMMISSION (EAHC) CARTOGRAPHY ANDHYDROGRAPHY MEETING

1. As unanimously agreed upon by the participating MS at the 10th EAHC ENC Task GroupMeeting held in Busan, Republic of Korea last 21 - 22 January 2013, the 1sT EAHCCartography and Hydrography Meeting will be hosted by the Philippines through theHydrography Department, National Mapping and Resource Information Authority(NAMRIA) on 26 - 28 June 2013.

2. The registration form for the 1STEAHC Cartography and Hydrography Meeting is providedas Annex A to this Circular Letter. MS are requested to submit the registration form to theEAHC Chairman's Office by 28 May 2013.

4. Meeting schedule, logistic arrangements and hotel details will be provided on the succeedingCircular Letters.
