Dr H Dragon Tonic
This is a home remedy dragon tonic that I use for my heath and inflation. I make no claims to
its health benefits other than what is known of the ingredients posted by the professionals.
Consult your doctor before trying any home remedies or taking any herbal and or seasoning
products that may conflict with the medications that you are using. I wish you the best.

Finely chop a fresh palm size potion of Raw Ginger
Root and place into the pot on the stove.
Cut 1/2 Lime with peeling.
Slice and chop.
The other half of the lime squeeze the juice into
the pot on the stove and set aside the other half of
the lime.
Cut 1/2 Lemon with peeling.
Slice and chop.
The other half of the lemon squeeze the juice into
the pot on the stove and set aside the other half of
the lemon.

Finely chop the lemon seeds.
Place the finely chopped seeds into the pot on the
stove.
Remove the peeling from the onion and discard the
peeling.
Finely chop a palm size potion of raw onion.
Place into the pot on the stove.
Remove the stem from jalapeno pepper and discard
the stem.
Chop one jalapeno pepper as fine as possible.
Place into the pot on the stove.
If you desire a more zesty mix, then chop 2 to 3.

Separate 25 to 30 Fresh Organic Parsley stems.
Chop stems and tops as fine as you can.
Place into the pot on the stove.
Separate fresh garlic cloves from bulb and remove
lose peelings. Discard the lose peelings.
Place cloves with skins into a microwave for 10 to
15 seconds. Remove from microwave and trim off
the hard tip of the peelings.
Simply squeeze the other end of the garlic peeling
and the garlic pulp will slide out easily.
Discard the outer peeling.
Chop the garlic cloves as fine as possible.
Place the chopped cloves into the pot on the stove.

Remove a palm size portion of Organic fresh cut
Thyme.
Chop as finely small as possible.
Then place Thyme into the pot on the stove.
Cut one avocado in half.
Remove outer peeling and discard the peeling.
Chop up the avocado.
Place into the pot on the stove.
Chop the whole avocado seed as fine as possible.
Place into the pot on the stove.

Remove a palm size portion of Pure Organic
Coconut Oil.
Then place coconut into the pot on the stove.
Remove a fifty cent size of Wasabi Sauce.
Place into the pot on the stove
Pour four table spoons of Organic Extra Virgin Olive
Oil into the pot on the stove.
Make sure the bottle is labeled correctly as being
pure olive oil and not other oils masked as Olive oil.
70% sold in stored is fake.

Place four large heaping table spoons of “Navitas”
Organic Maca Powder (Red is preferred).
Then place into the pot on the stove.
Place two large table spoons of Organic CACAO
powder into the pot on the stove.
Pour one rounded table spoon of Organic
powdered Turmeric into the pot on the stove.

Pour one rounded table finely ground spoon of
Organic CAYENNE Red Pepper into the pot on the
stove.
Pour four rounded table spoons of Organic finely
ground Chia Seed into the pot on the stove.
Pour one rounded table spoon of finely ground
Organic Ginger into the pot on the stove.

Pour one rounded table spoon of finely ground
Himalayan Pink Salt into the pot on the stove.
Pour one rounded table spoon of finely ground
Cinnamon into the pot on the stove.
Pour one finely rounded table spoon of ground
Parsley into the pot on the stove.

Pour one and a half rounded table spoon of finely
ground Oregano into the pot on the stove.
Pour four rounded table spoons of finely ground
Black Pepper into the pot on the stove.
Finely chop a large handful of Baby Kale & Spinach
Blend. Place into the pot on the stove.

Finely grind one pouch of Lipton Onion soup.
Use two table spoons of the ground mix and add to
the pot on the stove.
Use eight ounces of a Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter.
Cut into chunks and add to the pot on the stove.
Add eight cups of water to the pot on the stove and cook on high.
Should take about thirty to forty minutes to boil down to a watery soup type of base.
DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THE STOVE
WHEN COOKING!
Turn the burner off and remove the pot from the hot
burner. USE CAUTION.
Let the mixture cool down to a warm temperature.
You will now double blend the warm solution into a
very liquid base.
( WARNING: Never blend hot liquids—NEVER!)

Pour 3/4 of a cup of Dragon tonic mix into a one
cup container and add 1/4 cup of organic 100% raw
honey (preferably from your region that you live in)
into the Dragon tonic cup mix and re-mix. If you're
only going to use the mix as a fire tonic then add
the full 32 oz. of honey to the large mix.
(You can always add more honey if you desire a
sweeter taste.)
Pour the honey blended mix into a glass jar with a
lid. You are ready to use your dragon tonic.
Remember to Refrigerate.
Bag the rest of the dragon tonic mix in a plastic zip
lock back removing as much air as possible. Seal
and refrigerate. Make sure you date the bag with a
black sharpie pen.
I normally take one table spoon 15 minutes before
each meal on an empty stomach with one glass of
water. If for some reason I find myself with a flare
up of pain I normally take two table spoons before
each meal on an empty stomach with one glass of
water for seven days or until the extreme pain is
gone.
BONUS NOTE: Your dragon mix (without using the honey) is great to add to any soups that
you may want to create.
