Directed the Workshop on ‘Use of SPSS Packages for Research in Social Sciences’, Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in collaboration with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, December.
Directed the Workshop on ‘Management of University Administration’ for university registrars in October-November, AIU, Delhi.
Directed the Workshop on ‘Question Bank on Library and Information Science’ at University of Pune in August, 1996 for senior LIS faculty from various universities.
Along with the Secretary General, AIU provided substantial inputs to the ‘National Seminar on Performance Indicators in Higher Education’, organised by Distance Education Council, IGNOU in June, 1996 at Delhi. Also developed and presented on performance indicators for course design, development and production in distance education so as to evolve performance indicators and quality systems in this area.
Coordinated the Workshop on ‘Unit Cost of Higher Education’ for the Registrars/Finance Officers of 22 central and deemed to be universities, June, AIU, Delhi.
Coordinated the Three one-day workshops for subject specialists of UGC Panels on ‘Unit Cost of Higher Education’, May, AIU, Delhi.
