Commands
nnnn direct connect to the station with index number nnnn
00 connect to a random station ( any station )
01 connect to a random repeater station ( only repeaters/links )
02 connect to a random conference server
03 connect to a random user
06+nnnn looks up node and reads back callsign
08 connection status; reads call sign of all connected stations
09 re-connects to the station that most recently disconnected
# disconnect a link
9999 connect to echotest server
