Swiss WorldCargo employs 485 staff world-wide (including 30 employees of thesubsidiary in India).

Functional Breakdown:221 people are working in sales, 120 people are working in administration (e.g.reservations, customer service, claims, etc.), 115 people are working at head office, and25 are employed for network and handling.

General Cargo (GCR)Freight, mail and express shipments transported by air.

X-Presso (XPS)For pieces with a maximum weight of 50kg and dimensions of 70x50x50 cm per piece 90-90-90 minutes are the key figures of X-Presso, one of the fastest links between two airports: short acceptance time of 90 minutes, transfer time of 90 minutes and delivery in 90 minutes.

X-Presso XL (XPL)X-Presso XL features no weight limits, preferred access to space and maximum dimensions of 120x80x75 cm per piece. The key figures of X-Presso XL are 120-120-120 minutes for transfer, delivery or pick-up in most stations of our network, making it the fastest priority hard-freight airport-to-airport product. Reliable supervision by our dedicated Rapid Channels at our hub Zurich ensures that the customers X-Presso and X-Presso XL shipments are transported as planned.

Discretion and security are the key elements, when dealing with valuables. Seamless shipment surveillance grants reliable and secure transportation.

Perishables (PER)Our dedicated treatment for fresh products and food stuff together with a quick delivery service at the final destination ensure a unique service for our customers perishable goods.

Other Special Cargo (OSC)In air transport, certain commodities such as flammable, corrosive, poisonous or radioactive substances have to follow strict rules and regulations.
