The Servo systems twin motion (upper and Lower) tool mounting platens allow independent control of collapse/absolute distance, & speed on each part half, both against the heat platen and against each other in weld phase, Typical hard-stops can be removed

“Near” Melt allows soft touch contact with heater platen, reducing wear on platen.

“Near “ Join allows soft touch collapse during join sequence, reducing flash, improves cosmetic appearance.

Programmable minimum open distance (Clearance) and lightning quick removal speed of the heat platen there by reducing 'open time' substantially over conventional style welders.
