Spend not more than one minute per sheet, average.
2 Make a list of any apparent discrepancies or questions while reviewing the set, and addflags to sheets where there are significan t questions.
3 Quickly review the Specifications by reading through the Table of Contents for Mechanical and Plumbing work. Check the Table of Contents against the actualSpecification sections to verify all sections have been included. Make a list of questionsthat may come up during the cursory review.
4 Review Architectural Title Sheet, or first sheet in the set, and make a list of the ProjectSquare Footage, Building Occupancy Type, Building Construction Type, Governing
Codes, Index of Drawings, and any other information that relates to Mechanical or Plumbing work.
