Standard Agencies and Quality Auditors require thecollections, organization and analysis of traceabilitydocuments. is available to transfer a selectionof calibration routines from a PC to the internal memoryof the instrument in order to simplify field calibrationsselecting the appropriate tag number.When a plant has a large number of process instruments,the needs for checks and field calibrations are reallyimportant to keep the compliance with ISO 9000requirements.Eurotron with , coupled with the powerful

calibrator, gives you the possibility to keepthese instruments under control.

The data of each calibration procedure can be stored,into the calibrator RAM, together with the TAG name,engineering units, process info, calibration points and atwo levels allowed error band.The calibrator can be used as a generator, as a recorder or both; its input and output terminals can be used to generate,receive and compare info.

  After the calibration check, will indicate if the checked instrument is within its specifications or it has to becalibrated, and a decision can be made directly by the plant technicians.The status of every instrument before and after its calibration can be stored and recalled later for yor traceabilitydocument.

LOGMAN

The LOGMAN program is used to manage the data comingfromthe MicroCal 200 memory. These data can be downloaded,viewed as numerical values or in a graphical mode, savedondisk, printed and exported to be used with the most commonspredsheets.The program is designed as a list of options selectablepressingthe appropriate number on the keyboard. In this way, theuse of the program is possible also by those people who are notpractical in personal computing.

LINEARIZATION DATA MANAGER

LINMAN

  As doesn't cover the whole range of sensors (thermocouple or resistance thermometers), but the mainones, gives the user the possibility of creating its own sensor linearizations and to use them with .With LINMAN it is possible to enter °C/signal points for the thermocouples and °C/signal for the Rtd's and it is alsopossible to enter engeneering unit/signal points.LINMAN will provide the linearization by interpolating the inserted points.In this way, by downloading the data into , it will be possible, by selecting Pt X ot Tc X, to use the speciallinearized sensor both in simulation and measurement.The program structure is the same than LOGMAN's, with a list of options that are enabled by pressing the appropriate number on the keyboard.
