Bottom Paint Small Area Repair Product List
1 Cleaning Pressure wash the repair area. Clean the repair area with boat soap or VOC compliant cleaner to remove all organic and inorganic materials from the repair area. 4 Spray Gun Set UpPour the bottom paint into the disposable lid and liner to be used with your spray gun. Remember to remove the filter from the lid of the disposable paint system. Adjust the fan, fluid, and air pressure settings to achieve the desired fan pattern size and atomization.

Gelcoat Application Product List

Using a DA sander with 80 grit abrasive, sand the old gelcoat to remove any oxidized gelcoat. Apply dry guide coat to surface and re-sand gelcoat to ensure even texture of surface being repaired. Clean the repair area with acetone, a VOC compliant cleaner, or blow off the repair area.
