Lucrarea se refera la calibrarea modelului matematic, analiza funcţionării actualului sistem de tip acumulare laterală şi propunerea unor variante de îmbunătăţire a funcţionării acestei amenajări hidrotehnice. Lucrarea urmrete mbuntirea funcionrii sistemului de acumulri laterale nepermanente de pe canalul Cermei Tu, prin simulare numeric pe model 1D, n regim nepermanent al propagrii viiturilor cu diferite probabiliti de depire n lungul respectivului canal.

Lucrarea se refera la calibrarea modelului matematic, analiza funcionrii actualului sistem de tip acumulare lateral i propunerea unor variante de mbuntire a funcionrii acestei amenajri hidrotehnice.

Paper refers to the calibration of the mathematical analysis of the current operation type storage system side and propose alternatives to improve the operation of the hydrotechnical facilities.Key words: lateral accumulation, mathematic model, calibration, numerical simulationnceput n anul 1903 i finalizat ntre anii 1914 1919, Canalul Cermei-Tu are o lungime de apromaximativ 31 km i controleaz o suprafa de bazin de 382 km2, ncepnd din localitatea Beliu de pe cursul de ap al prului Beliu, colecteaz toate vile de pe malul drept (Mocirla, Beliu, Sarti, Suag, Levele i Rachestru) i se vars n rul Criul Negru, ntre localitile Tu i Talpo. ntre anii 19731975, canalul CermeiTu a fost prelungit pnn dreptul comunei Beliu. Lucrrile de ndiguire i regularizare au fost realizate n mai multe etape, fiind terminate ntre anii 1971-1973, perioada n care au fost realizate i un numar de 12 poduri de beton care traverseaz Canalul. [1]Lungimea digului de pe malul stng al canalului, unde se afla localiti, este de aproximativ 31 km i a fost calculat la un debit maxim corespunzator unei probabiliti de depire de 2% i verificat la un debit maxim corespunztor unei probabiliti de 0.5%, iar digurile de pe malul drept al canalului Cermei-Tu, precum i cele executate pe aflueni, care apr terenuri agricole, au o lungime de 23,64 km i au fost dimensionate la un debit corespunztor unei probabiliti de 5% peste care s-a luat o gard de cca. 70 cm, astfel nct s reziste la un debit de verificare de 1%.n anul 1984 au fost date n funciune patru acumulri laterale nepermanente: Beliu, Sarti, Levele I (Frunzi I) i Levele II (Frunzi II), pentru atenuarea undele de viitur care se propag pe Canalul Cermei-Tu i cele afluente de pe Valea Levele (acumularea Levele I). Proiectul a fost realizat prin calcule hidraulice i hidrologice aproximative n anul 1981.

Fig. 1 Poziionarea acumulrilorAcumulrile sunt amplasate pe malul drept al canalului, conform figurii 1, fiind compartimentate i lucreaz astfel: primul compartiment pentru atenuarea viiturilor cu debite maxime corespunztoare unor probabiliti de depire cuprinse ntre 20% i 5%, iar al doilea compartiment pentru debite cu probabilitatea de depire mai mari de 5%.Acumulri au diguri de contur de 4-5 m i au fost dimensionate la clasa a IV-a de importan, categoria D, avnd capaciti maxime de acumulare, calculate la nivelul maxim de verificare cu asigurarea de 1%. Valorile suprafeelor i volumelor totale de atenuare corespunztoare viiturilor cu probabilitatea de depire de 1%, precum i valorile suprafeelor i volumelor corespunztoare incintelor fiecrei acumulri laterale nepermanente de pe Canalul CermeiTu se prezint n tabelul 1.Tabelul 1Caracteristicile acumulrilorS total(ha)V total (mil m3)S

Soluia tehnic privind efectele, amplasamentul, capacitatea i modul de admisie a apei n aceste incinte a fost obinut prin calcule hidraulice i hidrologice aproximative n anul 1981.Observaiile ulterioare fcute asupra modului de comportare n timpul viiturilor al complexului hidrotehnic Canal CermeiTu arat c n timpul unor viituri cu debite maxime mai mici de 5%, precum cele din anul 1989 i din perioada 1989-2010 ( 1997, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2008 i 2009-2010), au fost semnalate att depiri ale coronamentului digurilor (foto 1), ct i o funcionare necorespunztoare a acumulrilor laterale n sensul ncrcrii lor insuficiente. Se poate meniona i faptul c acumularea Levele nu a funcionat niciodat din anul 1984 pna n prezent.

Cteva din cauzele funcionrii defectuoase a sistemului hidrotehnic Cermei-Tu sunt urmtoarele:

Cote necorespunztoare pe coronamentul digurilor datorit unor cauze diverse care in att de ntreinerea defectuoas a acestora, ct i de natura materialului din care au fost realizate Colmatarea i excesul de vegetaie din albia minora Poduri subdimensionate Soluii inadecvate privind accesul apei n acumulri

Modul i algoritmul de calcul folosite la proiectarea sistemului de acumulri n anul 1981.Foto 1 Deversarea coronamentului digului de la acumularea Beliu la inundaiile din 2008Din cauza problemelor aprute, n timul viiturilor, pe canalul Cermei-Tu s-a propus reanalizarea situaiei n ideea adoptrii unei soluii de cretere a gradului de atenuare realizat de cele 4 acumulri, dar cu implicaii constructive i de investiie minime.Avnd n vedere cerinele, soluia adoptat a fost aceea de coborre cu cca. 0,5-0,6 m a pragurilor deversoare n seciunile de acces a apei din Canalul CermeiTu n acumulrile laterale Beliu, Sarti i Levele. Soluia mbuntete ntr-o oarecare msur atenuarea viiturilor pe Canal, dar mrete frecvena de inundare a compartimentului I al fiecrei dintre cele 3 acumulri (aproximativ 450 ha) care practic se pot transforma n mlatin.Calculele au fost fcute n anul 2011, pe modelul hidraulic-numeric UNDA (autor dr. ing. Romeo Amaftiesei), care simuleaz tranzitarea viiturilor prin albiile rurilor naturale sau amenajate. Modelul este utilizat la elaborarea schemelor de amenajare a bazinelor hidrografice la ape mari, la fundamentarea proiectelor de execuie pentru lucrrile hidrotehnice ce tranziteaz viituri, la prognoza viiturilor naturale sau a celor provocate de avarii la baraje sau pentru luarea unor decizii corespunztoare n proiectarea sau exploatarea amenajrilor hidrotehnice. Programul UNDA lucreaz n schema unidimensional, poate trata albii unifilare i albii n reea dendritic sau inelar i se bazeaz pe integrarea numeric a sistemului de ecuaii cu derivate pariale Saint Vnant. [2]Datele de baz utilizate (topobatimetrice i hidrologice) au fost identice cu cele folosite la proiectul din anul 1981. Datele topobatimetrice au constat ntr-un numar de 25 profile transversale realizate la o distan de 1 1,2 km unul fa de altul i 10 relevee la poduri. n ceea ce privete datele hidrologice, se menioneaz c s-a intervenit numai n cazul volumului undelor de viitur, care au fost reduse cu aproximativ 25% conform cu rezultatele studiilor IMMH din anul 1995.n tabelul 2 se prezint parametrii undelor de viitur n regim natural (faza de proiectare din anul 1981- fr acumulri) n cteva seciuni din lungul Canalului Cermei-Tu.Tabelul 2

Prima observaie care se poate face este aceea c volumul total de atenuare prevzut prin proiect pentru ansamblul acumulrilor laterale de pe Canalul Cermei Tu reprezint cca. 43% din volumul undei de viitur cu debitul maxim corespunztor probabilitii de depire de 1% n seciunea aval Levele (amonte conf. Criul Negru) i cca. 45% din volumul corespunztor viiturii cu debitul Q5% n aceeai seciune aa cum era dat n anul 1981.Pe modelul geometriei albiei n regim fr acumulri, prin operaia de calibrare, s-a obinut sistemul de hidrografe de unde de viitur afluente n Canal, care prin compunere i propagare pe modelul i cu algoritmul de calcul utilizat, conduc la realizarea pe Canal a acelor unde de viitura care n toate seciunile de control din tabelul 2 au debitul maxim corespunztor proabilitii de depire de 1% i respectiv 5%, iar volumele reduse cu cca. 25%. Ipoteza hidrologic este identic cu cea utilizat la proiectarea.n figurile 2 i 3 se prezint rezultatele operaiei de calibrare a modelului, comparativ cu hidrografele corespunzatoare debitelor maxime cu probabilitatea de depire de 1% de la faza de proiectare.

Analizarea situaiei Canalului dup intrarea n funciune a acumulrilor presupune simularea propagrii i compunerii sistemului de hidrografe care definesc viitura, cu debitul maxim corespunztor unei probabiliti de depire de 1%, constant n lungul Canalului Cermei Tu n situaia fr acumulri, prin albia pe care s-au introdus acumulrile. Alegerea acestei ipoteze hidrologice s-a impus deoarece digurile de pe malul drept al canalului ar trebui sa lucreze in regim de verificare n acest caz.

n figurile 4 i 5 se prezint efectul acumulrii Beliu asupra hidrografelor undelor de viitur cu debitul maxim corespunztor probabilitii de depire de 1% constant n lungul Canalului Cermei-Tu.

n figurile 6 i 7 se observ c debitul maxim al hidrografului undei de viitur provenit de pe Valea Sarti este sub cel corespunztor probabilitii de 1% propriu seciunii Valea Sarti amonte confluen Canal. Din acest motiv, nivelul pe Valea Sarti, n dreptul deversorului de acces din acest curs de ap n polderul Valea Sarti este sczut, iar atenuarea viituri provenite de pe aceast vale n acumularea Sarti nu este posibil.Hidrograful afluent pe Valea Sarti, n ipoteza hidrologic adoptat pentru verificarea modului de comportare al celor 3 acumulri: Beliu, Sarti i Levele, conform datelor din tabelul 2, ar corespunde unei probabiliti de depire de cca. 10%.

Din figurile 8 i 9 se poate vedea modul n care se propag i se compune unda de viitur cu debitul corespunztor probabilitii de depaire de 1% n regim amenajat cu acumularea Beliu i Sarti (varianta proiectat) i efectul acumulrii Levele I din varianta de proiect asupra debitului maxim corespunztor probabilitii de 1% n seciunea aval confluen Levele (Valea Calacea).Din figura 9 se poate ajunge la concluzia c efectul de atenuare al acumulrilor Beliu, Sarti i Levele I n situaia lor actual n seciunea aval confluen cu Levele (Calacea) este de cca 25% fa de varianta naturala de la faza de proiectare din anul 1981. O alt constatare facut cu ocazia simulrii pe model a propagrii acestui sistem de hidrografe de unde de viitur a fost c n acumularea Levele II proiectat s preia i viitura de pe afluentul cu acelai nume, nu intra ap datorit nivelului mult prea ridicat al deversorului i a aportului destul de redus al acestui curs de ap n realizarea undei de viitur cu debitul maxim corespunztor probabilitii de depire de 1% , pe Canal aval de confluen.

Pentru rezolvarea situaiei existente, soluia adoptata pentru a satisface cerina de minimizare a efortului financiar, a fost coborrea nivelului deversoarelor de acces cu 0,5 m la toate cele 3 acumulri care atenueaz viiturile provenite de pe Canalul Cermei-Tu. Modul n care lucreaz cele 3 acumulri (Beliu, Sarti i Levele I) n aceast situaie este prezentat n tabelul 5.Tabelul 5

Cele mai importante observaii care se pot face la aceast ipotez de amenajare sunt:- pentru c soluia propus implic coborrea nivelului deversoarelor pn aproape de nivelul terenului, este de ateptat c inundarea respectivelor incinte s se produc frecvent, imediat ce se depaete capacitatea de transport a albiei minore. Impactul asupra mediului va fi unul negativ deoarece incintele respective se pot transforma n mlatini- n cazul acumulrii Sarti, efectul de atenuare al polderului asupra unor eventuale viituri importante provenite de pe Valea Sarti este foarte redus, fiind dictat de nivelul pe care l poate oferi capacitatea incintei I a respectivei acumulari pn la nivelul deversorului care face legtura dintre incinta II i incinta I.Efectele soluiei de amenajare analizat asupra debitelorunei viituri cu debitul maxim corespunztor probabilitii de depire de 1% constant n lungul Canalului CermeiTu se prezint n figura 11.

Fig.11 Debitul maxim cu probabilitatea de depire de 1% n lungul Canalului CermeiTuConcluzii Riscul major pe care l reprezint abordarea neadecvat la faza de proiectare a unor lucrri i sisteme de lucrri hidrotehnice complexe se poate vedea n cazul Canalului Cermei Tu. Erorile de proiectare s-au verificat n natur la scara 1:1 Coborarea nivelului deversoarelor de acces din Canalul Cermei-Tu n incintele laterale pn la nivelul terenului are ca efect coborarea cu aproximativ 0,5 m a nivelurilor maxime calculate fa de nivelurile maxime corespunztoare variantei actualizate de proiect n varianta aleas niciuna dintre acumulri nu se ncarc la capacitatea proiectat Coborrea deversoarelor, va conduce la creterea frecvenei de inundare a incintei I a fiecarei dintre cele trei acumulri, care nsumeaz cca. 450 ha. Varianta propus are repercursiuni negative asupra mediului n sensul c incinta I a fiecarei acumulri se poate transforma n mlaina. Acest lucru duce la scoaterea din folosin a terenurilor agricole, apariia unei flore specifice, umidificare nedorit i produce o grav perturbare a ecosistemelor existente.[3]B I B L I O G R A F I E[1] S.
